EagleCraft 31′ Commuter

At the core of every EagleCraft custom build is a customer problem we are seeking to solve. We were tasked with building a custom vessel with a quick cruise speed to ferry to and from the San Juan Islands and be agile enough to double as a fishing vessel and occasional overnight cruiser.

A commuter vessel has to be one thing, reliable. This 31’ Commuter is based on our regarded  commercial small passenger vessel hull design with modifications to enhance performance. This includes a very sharp bow entry delivering an excellent ride on nautical days and allows for the high cruise speeds.

With speed and efficiency at the core, we powered this cruiser with Twin Yamaha 425 XTOs the most efficient cruise speed is 37 mph, high cruise is  45 mph and the vessel easily reaches a top speed of almost 60 mph with full tank and several passengers.

The 31’ Commuter vessel construction is based on our commercial passenger design for durability and reliability. From the top up you will experience a full complement of modern conveniences and amenities designed to extend the on-water experience with many features from our cruiser series for comfort and fishability

This comfortable vessel features a v-berth with adjoining  small head. In the main cabin the cozy port and starboard L shaped settee is across from the appointed galley with fridge and microwave. The copilot or port dash features full suite of Garmin electronics and VHF radio to match the helm, flir camera capability and automated  trim tab features.

This vessel is wheel chair accessible with suitable port and starboard side access doors. A large storage compartment is able to fit all of your equipment for a weekend away.
