A new breed of crew boat is on the water. Meet Eagle 44, a 31′ 12 passenger EagleCraft, powered with a Volvo D9-500 (500HP diesel) and driven by an Arneson ASD10 surface drive. It can acheive a top speed of 36 knots, and smoothly cruises at 32 knots while only burning 71 litres p/hr of diesel.
